Solution at a Glance

The Neura AI Service enables apps and IoT devices to add AI capabilities. Neura primarily sells to businesses with customers that are consumers (B2C). However, in the case of insurance companies, Neura is selling to an organization that in turn sells to enterprises with consumer end-users.

Access to Neura’s cloud-based AI Engine come via API calls which enable products to deliver experiences that adapt to who their users are and react to what each user does throughout their day. The result is higher engagement and lower churn.

Our Offering

We enable any product to respond to its users using AI insights. Simply put, we’re transforming the app, device or service into a provider of uniquely personalized and timely experiences, based on the unique patterns of the user’s life.

Customer Challenges and Benefits

Prior to working with Neura, customers have a combination of four needs related to their app or IoT product:

  1. a lack of understanding of who their users are and what they are doing in the physical world
  2. low engagement rates, particularly after an initial “honeymoon” period
  3. high churn rates
  4. a need for additional revenue either from their current offering or a need to create new revenue generating offerings

Unique Selling Points and Differentiators

The integration is extremely simple (takes <2 hours) and the product is mature—we have been building for four years and have real customers in the market. The Neura SDK excels in minimizing impact on battery and data consumption, and utilizes semantic recognition of places and activity types, such as work, home, and activity zones, to provide an unparalleled quality of service.
